I bought wood watch box for Ulysse nardin on replicahause website,

They try to give me totally different box , made of fake leather, when I contacted sales rep by email he told me that they only have fake leather box, and they dont make wooden boxes anymore, I asked for refund , and asked why they adwerise wooden boxes on website. Then he or she wrote to me , I quote: Dont worry *** ,its been refunded.

Never in my life I dealt with so ignorant and rude person. Name of this sales rep is Keisha Gomes,

No one answer phone , I been calling Gomez and she is not atending calls. Please call me to my phone

Placed an order they said they did not have in inventory. Took my CC information and email and sold it on the Dark Web.

I have protection services that notified me immediately. Do not make a purchase with this company unless you are ready for identity theft.

Ordered the watch on June, 20. Never received a watch

Well, Keisha sends me this link for payment, after I had completed the official website payment page. Curious, I think to myself, and however I replied to him, I must have written the word suspicious.

Two days pass. This morning there’s a PayPal invoice waiting for me . . .

describing the watch as ‘sky blue blazer’. Well, if that is sly tech talk, its unknown to me. I wrote again referring to my ‘suspicions’ and immediately received her e-mail about my incessant skepticism. No conversation, explanation, consideration: she’s too stressed because of the virus and that I can’t be dealt with!

A pain in the ***, she wrote. Now, Keisha. You can’t insult me. I worked for thirty years customer service-post Office.

I’ve heard all the words and investigated many, many scams.

When a person initiates investigations , there is an immediate sense of details just not adding up. Even via a sad dismissal of my order you have given off that vibe and, by dragging your employer down to the depths of your morals, apologize to them.

I ordered a "swiss" replica Omega and a second cheaper Omega replica watch and Replica Hause added the 3rd "Rolex" to the order. The order was processed and took weeks to get ready for shipping.

Then I was told there was a problem with the Omega and they had to substitute a different watch and was causing another delay. Then they shipped the two Omega watches separately from the "Free Rolex". The two ordered watches arrived with issues, the Free watch was shipped incorrectly and never arrived. Repeated calls to customer service said I had to deal with Keisha for the problems.

A year later and tired of insulting e-mails form Keisha I have two watches I can not wear and no "Free" watch.

Do not waste your money. The people are frauds and the watches are over priced junk.

I order 2 watches my order number is #113456 and first the confirm my order and my payment(I pay by western union) and I receive a mail that my order will be shipped in a week. I wait, and never shipped so i contact Keisha and David they told me my order will be ship soon.

I made my order the 9th of september and I havent receive any mail, I cant contact David or keisha.

And live chat is disable. So didnt receive my watches, and dont have my money.

They attacked me and my family by making up false claims that I'm a *** On Google and linked to an actual web site. I contacted the police , the FBI and Google.

I've been threatened and extorted. I want revenge and I want it now.

RUN AWAY DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Watch literally fell apart as I was wearing... the links separated and the watch fell to the ground and boom - bezel came off, band was in 3 pieces, wth....

plus it did not keep time. It was suppose to have Swiss movement - and given the grinding sound as the autowinder spins, I suspect it was a Chinese movement. It was light as a feather; felt like a cheap watch - with other replica rolex watches the bezel clicks when you spin it, this one was hard to actually spin - and it basically fell off and cannot be put back on.

Customer service - told me NOT to use Fedex, DHL, or other reputable services. So, USPS Foreign Postal service basically lost the package; I was returning the watch for repair as Keisha said that that was an option...

I trust that the delivery was made, but have no evidence - so, now they have the broken watch and can say they never received it. I am out over $400 for my trouble.

The other 2 watches are acceptable - except for the fact that I had to repair them myself by tightening down some screws on the bracelet on both of the others. And, I did that because the first one fell apart and decided to check the others...

Expensive, sad experience....

Horrible business - corrupt and void of character ethics and decency. Tried to make numerous threats for reporting to the credit card company.

A lawyer found Keshia - which is her fake alias, is a former felon convicted of grand theft auto, and runs her scam outside the US once being deported. Crooks like her deserve to b deported!

Very happy with the service and the product.

David and Keisha was there every step of the way, knowing I’d been scammed on another website. So fair to say I was nervous ordering.

But on receiving the watch (Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Skyfall) I couldn’t be happier.

The shipping takes a while, but worth the wait.

Keisha sent photos of my actual watch before shipping.

And took maybe a week to arrive.

Great quality, weighs a ton, looks the part and fits right in with my 007 collection.

Order without fear. I will be using their service again.
