New ReviewerFinal update, they asked me to send the wrong watch back so they can return my watch, well the watch never made it there there is no tracking for China post, so now I am out of either watch or my $650. Iโve read from other posts this has happened to others.
Dealing with these crooks is a gamble, if you want to risk your money and hope to get lucky try it, I personally would never buy from these people again.
They have terrible customer service, low quality expensive watches. I would stay away.
They have emailed me back offering to solve the issue. Hopefully I get my watch back as expected. I will post updates if the merchant comes through.
I sent back a 650.00 Submariner 1:1 for warranty and after 4 months O received a lesser quality Sea Dweller, after requesting my watch back Keisha Gomes literally told me to {{Redacted}}! I replied you donโt treat your customers that way, I least not in the USA, she replied, โ This is not the Fu*^#ckin USA!
Unbelievable! All this happened between 5 months.
She is accusing me of showing her pictures of another watch. Stay away from replicahause.is

David Barnes works with Keisha Gomez and can be contacted via a California number from the Replicahause website at 1-32*-***-****. They both are crooks.
Latest scheme is to file customers as pedophiles if you file claims against them/fraud for items not received via your bank/credit card. They use a website called pedophile-alert.com. They will send one working watch, then a broken watch with instructions to return to fake addresses overseas with no tracking using USPS instead of DHL or Fedex which you could track international. Then they claim not to receive.
They switch the last to letters in the domain address as well (i.e. โReplicahause.isโ or Replicahause.nl, Replicahause.sr to name a few...).
You will be out of the cost of the watch or in a lame vile, pathetic attempt, label as a *** on the site above. The authorities are actively investigating them and will also convict them of numerous counts of fraud.

Hello, The 1st sentence of your review is correct. We can be contacted by phone, email and live chat on our websites.
We have NO affiliation with any *** website whatsoever. Why would we send 1 working watch, and a 2nd broken watch? That doesn't make sense. If we were a scam, we would send nothing at all.
And most postal services provide a tracking number, so we do not know what you are aiming at... Yes, we change the last letters of our domains maybe once/year. It is normal for websites selling counterfeit products. However, you can still call us, email us, or visit the websites of which the last letters have been changed...
The authorities are NOT investigating us. For international purchases under 10.000 USD, there is never an investigation launched. It would be advised, when you have an issue, to contact us via the proper channel with your order name and order number, then we can assist you in solving that issue.

6 months later.... The watch I returned happened to get lost on the way back.
So basically I am out of my watch under warranty or the wrong one sent.
-$650 for me So this is my recommendation- Buying from these people is a very high risk, the watches are expensive and not top quality, their customer service is terrible. I would tell you to stay away.
Hello "Anonymous". It seems you received a malfunctioning watch.
You sent it back, and we sent you another watch. So we sent you 2 watches and provided excellent customer service. And the 2nd watch you sent back to us then as well. That is no problem, as we will replace that or refund, but now you blame us for a lost watch, that you sent to us?
You can't possibly blame ANY company for that. Ranting here that we are high risk (we did send you 2 watches, no?
and agreed to replace them, right?) and having terrible customer service is just ridiculous. Hope you see that.
Hello David I made my order 4 months ago( order #113456) and havent receive any watch or any update.
This also happened to me!
Keisha Gomes is in a crime organization that extorts money from people when thy buy a nine hundred dollar watch and get a five dollar watch. I complained and they went after my life.
This issue has been RESOLVED and this customer is satisfied with his purchase. Reading your replies here about mental hospitals, and threats...
shows me exactly why you have a problem and why it is not resolved. I do not know any company who likes to reply to rude and insulting customers, and we are not any different.
If you have an issue, keep your respect and be polite, we would gladly assist you. Coming here and blaming us for being impolite and abusive is the world upside down...
They run several replicawatch firms. It is all a scam.
Keisha Gomes shoud actually be at at mental hospital.
Dont ever buy anything from them. I have been scammed.
Guess what? Keisha behaved exactly the same with me after ripping me off $500 for a Swiss ETA movement Patek Philippe 5227 that is now as good as trash.
The last email from Keisha was extremely vulgar & abusive. Trust me, I haven't finished with these rogues & they'll be sorry they messed up with me.
